Super Economy allows two cabin bags and Economy one. Each must not exceed 5 kg or 20 × 40 × 55 cm and must fit in a closed overhead bin or under the seat ahead. Excess weight, pieces or size must be checked.

Adult or child tickets allow 30 kg in Super Economy and 20 kg in Economy, counting checked and hand baggage together. Infant tickets have no ordinary allowance. A domestic sector forming part of international carriage follows the applicable international allowance.

Passengers travelling together on the same flight to the same destination may pool the free allowances for their respective ticket classes when they check their baggage at the same place and time.

Each checked bag is limited to 50 kg and 40 × 60 × 100 cm. Anything larger or heavier requires the airline’s prior agreement. Meeting the per-piece limit does not remove excess-baggage charges.

Baggage above the applicable free allowance attracts a charge of 1.5% of the applicable normal adult Economy fare per excess kilogram on the day the excess-baggage ticket is issued, rounded to the nearest yuan.

The conditions state that live animals, including ordinary pets, are not currently accepted. Qualifying guide, hearing and other service dogs are exceptions subject to the airline’s conditions and advance arrangements; the exception does not apply to ordinary pets.

Request approval when booking. Each seat-baggage item is limited to 75 kg; ordinary seat baggage including packaging must fit within 100 × 60 × 40 cm. It must be securely enclosed, without glass outer packaging, and must not obstruct exits, aisles or safety signs. Cargo is not accepted as seat baggage.

Ask the airline or its ground agent at the intermediate stop or destination for a baggage incident document and complete the incident record together. If the airline caused the delay and the destination is not your permanent or long-term residence, temporary living compensation is RMB 100 per day for up to three days. Provide accurate contact details.

At the origin, airline-caused delays or cancellations, such as maintenance, scheduling, commercial or crew issues, receive free meals or accommodation as applicable. For non-airline causes such as weather or air traffic control at the origin, assistance may be offered at the passenger’s expense. For delay or cancellation at an intermediate stop, or diversion, the airline provides meals and accommodation regardless of cause.

After check-in and security, reach the designated gate at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure. Check-in deadlines vary by airport and must be checked separately. If you miss gate arrival before door closure, the airline may cancel your seat and voluntary change/refund rules apply.
