Pobeda FAQs

Find quick answers to the most common questions about flying with Pobeda.

When does Pobeda online check-in open, and can I wait until two hours before departure from Vnukovo?

It opens 24 hours before departure. Most airports close it two hours before, but Vnukovo and Alanya close four hours before. Check airport-specific exceptions.

Can Pobeda passengers with pets, unaccompanied children or an extra seat check in online?

No. These categories, plus passengers with disabilities or special limitations, are excluded and need airport check-in.

Where does Pobeda require counter-printed boarding passes even after online check-in?

Antalya, Gyumri, Osh and Tashkent. Mobile passes are supported only at listed airports, so an online confirmation is not universally sufficient.

May I bring several small bags as Pobeda’s free cabin baggage?

Under its alternative combined option, all pieces together must fit the 36 × 30 × 27 cm sizer with the lid closed without pressure.

What does Pobeda’s paid XL cabin baggage cover, and does one purchase cover a return trip?

One additional bag up to 55 × 40 × 25 cm, safely stowable. One service per passenger per flight segment; purchase separately for each segment, subject to availability.

Does a lap infant have a separate free Pobeda cabin allowance, and may infant food exceed 100 ml?

Under-two lap infants have no separate free cabin allowance. Food needed during the flight, including breast milk, may exceed 100 ml containers.

How can I add an under-12 child to an existing Pobeda booking?

Call the paid contact centre more than four hours before departure with the booking code, child’s name and document details. The feedback form is recommended only over 72 hours ahead. The service fee is RUB 800.

Can I check a power bank or use it to charge my phone onboard Pobeda?

No checked carriage. Keep it accessible in cabin baggage; do not use it to charge devices or recharge it from onboard power. Check rating and approval requirements separately.

Where should I enquire about an item left onboard a Pobeda flight?

Contact the unclaimed-baggage office at the arrival airport. This is separate from checked-baggage damage or delay claims.

What assistance does Pobeda describe for children travelling alone?

Its paid service for ages 5–12 covers departure formalities, gate escort, onboard care, arrival baggage help and handover. Confirm eligibility and availability in advance; buying a ticket alone does not arrange it.
