Does every SKY Chile fare include a personal bag?

Yes: one bag up to 45 × 35 × 25 cm including pockets and handles, normally under the seat ahead. First-row and exit-row bags go overhead. Extra or oversized bags may require paid checking.

What are SKY Chile’s overhead cabin-bag limits?

Up to 25 × 35 × 55 cm including wheels, pockets and handles, and 10 kg. Inclusion depends on the fare; Basic guests can add one separately. The free personal bag is a different allowance.

What are SKY Chile’s standard checked-bag limits?

Each standard bag is limited to 23 kg and 158 linear cm. Excess weight may cost extra; ordinary bags over 158 cm require cargo arrangements. Sports equipment and instruments have separate rules. Inclusion depends on the fare.

Can I use a soft bag to check an instrument on SKY Chile?

No: checked instruments need a rigid case, within 23 kg and 230 linear cm. Cabin instruments may use soft or hard cases within 25 × 35 × 55 cm and 10 kg, subject to the purchased allowance.

How can a group request a SKY quotation?

Agencies and other customers can register, quote, pay and issue tickets through the official group portal. Provide contact, applicant and itinerary details, plus baggage, special equipment, seats or pet requirements. Quotations are processed during business hours, not instantly.

When should I arrive for a SKY Chile flight?

Follow the airline’s instructions. Without a specified time, arrive at least two hours before domestic flights or three before international flights; check your receipt and notices.

How is a stroller handled for a SKY infant under two?

A stroller of up to two pieces is free. Hand it over at the counter or aircraft door and collect it at baggage reclaim. A third piece costs extra.

When must I request a cabin pet on SKY Chile?

Apply at least 48 hours ahead. Eligible domestic cats and dogs need confirmation: one per passenger, four per flight. Ordinary cabin pets are excluded on U.S. routes; airport acceptance is not guaranteed.

What carrier does SKY Chile require for a cabin pet?

Pet and carrier together: no more than 10 kg. Use a ventilated, leakproof, wheel-free soft carrier fitting 40 cm long × 20 high × 33 wide, with standing and turning room; keep the pet enclosed.

What documents are needed for a pet on SKY Chile?

Bring a veterinarian’s age, breed and fitness certificate, with a copy for check-in, plus current vaccination and required health documents. Retain copies throughout the journey and check destination requirements.
