Infants may stay on board for eight days after birth. One adult may accompany up to 2 children under three years old. However, one of the children must purchase a child ticket and use a child seat for sitting separately (children two years of age can sit alone without a child seat). There are restrictions on the number of infants on board, so please let us know at the time of booking/purchase.

What paid checked-baggage acceptance limits apply on AIRDO?
The limits are 45 kg and 292 linear cm per piece, and 100 kg total, subject to hold space. These are not free allowances.
When does AIRDO bag drop close at Haneda?
From 1 September 2026, it closes 30 minutes before departure.
Where does AIRDO offer self-service bag drop?
At Haneda, New Chitose and Fukuoka. Chubu offers a bag-tag kiosk only.
Can AIRDO through-check domestic bags to ANA, Solaseed or StarFlyer?
Up to three sectors if connection times qualify. Notify staff at the first bag drop.
