For tickets sold and flown from 7 August 2025, a lap infant has no free checked weight, but one lightweight fully folding stroller may be checked free. Earlier tickets retain their purchase-date rules.
For an unused ticket or a voluntary change/refund, request a full product refund through the original channel. After normal ticket use it is non-refundable. Unused weight alone is not refunded or transferable.
When all sectors are Juneyao-operated and bags are checked through, use the higher cabin allowance. With separate check-in, each sector follows its own cabin. Domestic sectors forming international carriage follow applicable international rules.
Under rules effective 8 August 2025, call 95520 before 16:00 local time on the preceding day; places are limited. A child in a different cabin from the accompanying adult is treated as unaccompanied. Earlier purchases retain their original rules.
The infant must be no longer than 75 cm and no heavier than 11 kg. Request a bassinet when booking through a direct office or 95520. A320-family Business Class has no bassinets.
At most two infants may accompany one adult. Beyond one lap infant, buy a child-fare ticket with a seat. Apply to 95520 at least 24 hours before departure when bringing two infants.
