Find quick answers to the most common questions about flying with LATAM Airlines.
Can I bring an extra bag when flying LATAM with a lap infant?
Yes. When an infant under two shares your seat, you may bring one additional small bag or backpack up to 45 × 35 × 20 cm free, beyond your ticket allowance.
Does LATAM carry a stroller or child restraint free for children up to 11?
Yes. One folding stroller or child restraint, such as a certified car seat or bassinet, travels free beyond the fare allowance. Cabin carriage depends on available space; otherwise it goes in the hold.
Can I use a Bedbox or inflatable child comfort device on LATAM?
Yes, but it must not be installed during taxiing, takeoff or landing. Follow crew instructions and ensure the child uses the seat belt whether or not the device is in use.
