Checked baggage allowances vary by fare: 45 kg for Premium Business and Full Flexible, 30 kg for Flexi Saver, and 23 kg for Pacific Saver and Sale fares. Each bag must not exceed 32 kg or 158 cm in total dimensions, and items over 270 cm must be shipped as freight.

Adults traveling with infants may carry 10 kg of baggage and check in one stroller, bassinet, or car seat free of charge. These items must be presented at the gate 45 minutes before departure and will be returned at the destination. Passengers may bring their own baby food or request an infant meal at least 48 hours before the flight
