Check the ticket for cabin and checked-bag piece, weight and size limits. Ask the operating carrier about extra or special baggage before travel.

How should I arrange check-in for a Porter Airlines booking?

Follow the confirmed flight’s check-in instructions. Ask the carrier or ticket issuer about online availability, airport counters and the deadlines for check-in, bag drop and boarding.

How do I request a change or refund for a Porter Airlines ticket?

Contact the airline or agent that issued the ticket and ask which fare conditions apply. Confirm eligibility, charges and any fare difference before accepting a change or refund.
