Precision Air FAQs
Find quick answers to the most common questions about flying with Precision Air.
Can I correct a name on a Precision Air ticket or transfer it to a relative?
Contact the airline for corrections of up to three letters, subject to rules and fees. Tickets cannot be transferred to friends or relatives by changing the name.
Can I refund every Precision Air ticket through My Booking?
Only direct website purchases can be cancelled and refunded there. For office or Contact Center purchases, contact the airline; for agency purchases, contact the agency. Fare conditions still determine eligibility and charges.
Which refund rule applies to a Precision Air itinerary containing different fare classes?
The most restrictive fare rule applies to the whole itinerary. Booking-change fees are non-refundable.
Can I change a disrupted, no-show or previously offline-modified Precision Air booking online?
No. Contact the airline for those cases. Multi-trip and group bookings also cannot be modified online.
Does Precision Air require flight reconfirmation before travel?
Its FAQ instructs passengers to reconfirm at least 48 hours before departure through an office or Contact Center. Reconfirmation does not replace check-in.
What cabin-bag weight and dimensions does Precision Air publish for adults and children?
One piece up to 7 kg and 55 × 38 × 20 cm. The ticketed allowance controls; checked-baggage weight is not a cabin allowance.
Is a bicycle free within Precision Air baggage allowance, and how should it be packed?
Bicycles are always charged as excess baggage. Use a cardboard bicycle box; unsuitable packaging such as a plastic cover requires a limited-release tag.
Can I take a filled diving cylinder on Precision Air?
No. Cylinders must be empty, with the battery and lamp disconnected. Normal baggage allowance applies to diving equipment; excess is charged under the relevant special-baggage rules.
Can a kayak or canoe be checked as baggage on Precision Air?
No. Contact the cargo department for shipping arrangements; buying extra baggage does not establish acceptance.
How can ashes be carried on Precision Air?
Use a sealed urn fitting under a seat or in an overhead bin, not on a seat or openly displayed. Present a death-certificate copy or crematorium letter to security.
