If Rano Air cancels my flight, how is the refund paid, and are date-change and no-show fees refundable?

Rano Air reserves the right to refund through the original payment method and in the original currency. Revalidation/date-change and no-show fees remain non-refundable when a flight is cancelled. The page gives no refund processing deadline.

How can I change a Rano Air flight time, date, class or route?

Use the website or contact customer service promptly. Changes follow the fare rules and may incur an additional service fee.

Can I transfer my Rano Air ticket to another person?

No. Both the FAQ and sales policy state that tickets are non-transferable.

How is the Rano Air fare for an infant under two calculated?

Infants aged 0–23 months pay 10% of the accompanying adult’s class fare. This does not establish entitlement to a separate seat.

What identification is needed at Rano Air check-in and boarding?

Present valid government-issued identification at both locations. The FAQ lists a valid identification card or international passport for domestic flights.

When does Rano Air counter check-in open and close?

Does a pregnant passenger need a medical report for Rano Air?

Yes. Present a certified report endorsed by a qualified doctor confirming fitness for air travel before check-in. The page gives no gestational limit; acceptance at every stage cannot be inferred.

How long is a Rano Air ticket normally valid?

For 12 months from initial purchase, unless the ticket, tariffs, conditions of carriage or related rules provide otherwise.

What documents are needed to request Rano Air unaccompanied-child service?

Provide your passport, the child’s travel documents, and names and contacts of departure and arrival guardians. Confirm eligibility first: the website gives conflicting age ranges.
