Swiftair FAQs

Find quick answers to the most common questions about flying with Swiftair.

Where does Swiftair direct UEP!FLY passengers for check-in and assistance?

Swiftair’s Passenger page links to UEP!FLY online check-in and lists [email protected] and +34 900533862 for other requirements. This referral concerns the UEP!FLY business described on that page; bookings on other brands operated by Swiftair need confirmation through their own ticketing channel.

Are Swiftair’s wet-lease operations offered as ordinary retail passenger tickets?

Swiftair describes its wet-lease format as reserved for other airlines contracting aircraft operations on ACMI or related terms. It is a business capacity arrangement, not a retail ticket offer.

Can Swiftair arrange ad-hoc cargo charters?

Swiftair advertises ad-hoc cargo charters using available freighter windows. A customer-confirmed requirement is followed by activation of crew and maintenance, subject to operational availability.

Does Swiftair offer co-load cargo capacity?

Its customized-flights page describes co-load operations combining express traffic with general cargo and perishables, with block-space arrangements through Bridges Worldwide Solutions.

What passenger charter arrangements does Swiftair advertise?

Swiftair’s passenger page lists ACMI, wet lease, damp lease and full charter. These are different commercial operating formats whose details must be agreed for the proposed service.
