Fees and allowances vary by route, fare and status.
Baggage
Passengers of Yeti Airlines are entitled to a maximum of 5 kg of hand luggage. On flights to Lukla and Jomsom, the maximum check-in baggage weight is 10 kg. On all other routes, the maximum weight of checked baggage is 15 kg. If the weight of the luggage exceeds the established norms, it will be charged at the excess luggage rate.
Infants are children under the age of two years. An infant may travel free of charge, provided it does not occupy a seat, but is in the arms of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can purchase a seat for the infant.
Online check-in for Yeti Airlines flights is currently not available. Passengers must visit the departure airport with the appropriate flight information to check in. Airport check-in is available on all Yeti Airlines flights and is the only way to check in. Check-in closing time at the airport depends on which airport the passenger is departing from.
Airlines offer special assistance for children traveling by themselves. This service is offered to passengers aged between 2 to under 16 years of age if an adult aged 16 years and above is not traveling with them on the same flight. Children under the age of 2 are not allowed to travel alone. This service is mandatory for unaccompanied children aged two and under 12 years, and is optional for those aged 12 to under 16 years old. It would help if you informed yourself of what this special assistance to unaccompanied children includes. Details of this assistance can be obtained from the Company upon request.

Who handles refunds for Yeti Airlines tickets bought through an agency?
Contact the relevant agency. For website or app purchases, refunds return to the original account.
