Paranair started operations in 2015 as part of the Amaszonas group of airlines. The airline separated and took on its current name in 2018. It operates a small fleet of Bombardier CRJ aircraft from its base at Asuncion Silvio Pettirossi International Airport. All operations are within South America, mainly servicing cities like Buenos Aires, Montevideo and Santa Cruz de la Sierra.

Dimensions and maximum weight of carry-on baggage: the maximum weight for a carry-on bag is 11 lb (5 kilos); the maximum dimensions are: 22 in. (30 cm) x 14 in. (27 cm) x 9 in. (20 cm) (height x length x width); including accessories, wheels and handle. You may carry only one personal item in addition to your carry-on baggage. This article must fit under the seat in front of you, such as a purse, laptop bag or baby bag. You may check in one bag at no additional cost. The weight of the bag must not exceed 50 lb (23 kg), and its total outside dimensions (height + length + width) must not exceed 62 in (158 cm).

Pets

The company only allows one pet per passenger, and only two pets are allowed on each flight. To transport your pet in the cabin it must be carried in a suitable bag or cage for the duration of the flight. Maximum dimensions of the container: 40 cm long, 30 cm wide and 20 cm high. Pets must weigh up to 5 kg including the carrier, and must be at least 9 weeks old (3 months old). Maximum dimensions of the container for accepting animals for carriage in the baggage compartment of the aircraft: medium size container Type 1: 65 cm long x 48 cm wide and 48 cm high; medium size container Type 2: 80 cm long, 54 cm wide and 54 cm high. The maximum permissible weight (container + animal) for transporting live animals (AVIH) is 40 kg if the container meets the specified weight and can bear it.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Children under 30 days of age must present a health certificate. An infant may travel free of charge, provided that it does not occupy a seat, but is in the arms of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat for the infant.

If you checked in online and you do not have any baggage to check in, arrive at least 1 hour before your flight and make your way to the departure gate for your flight, which is indicated on your boarding pass or on the screens at the airport.
