Philippines Travel Guide

Plan your trip to Philippines

Choose a city and airport first, then compare airlines and routes.

The Philippines is in South-eastern Asia, with Manila as its capital. For Cebu travel, note that Mactan Airport is on Mactan Island and connects with Cebu City by bridges; distinguish the airport’s name from its actual city location.

How to travel around Philippines by air

What to expect when flying between cities or connecting after an international arrival.

Flying between cities in Philippines

  • Check terminals and operating carriers for Philippine domestic flights
PAL publishes seasonal domestic timetables and stated that, from 29 March 2026, its turboprop flights no longer operate to or from Manila, with affected routes redirected via hubs such as Cebu, Clark or Iloilo. PAL’s terminal advisory assigns domestic departures and arrivals to NAIA Terminal 2; verify the terminal, flight status and operating carrier for your booking.

Arriving from another country

  • Check applicable eTravel registration
Travellers within the officially listed categories should register or update through the official eTravel system. Registration is free; retain and present the QR code as instructed. This page does not promise visa eligibility or entry approval.
