Flying between cities in Oman

  • Check domestic flight routes for your travel date
    Oman Air lists Khasab, Muscat and Salalah as domestic destinations. Its 13 Oct 2026 winter announcement says that from 25 Oct 2026, Muscat–Khasab will operate up to four flights weekly and Muscat–Salalah up to five daily during the winter schedule. Confirm the airport pair and date in the booking system; those frequencies apply only to the announced seasonal schedule. Salalah Airport directs domestic arrivals to baggage claim and then out of the terminal.

Arriving from another country

  • Check Muscat baggage displays and inspection
    Muscat’s FIDS displays flight and baggage-delivery information. The airport notes that checked and cabin baggage from international or domestic flights may be screened by customs before leaving reclaim; follow on-site instructions rather than assuming domestic arrival is exempt.
  • Check Oman visa eligibility by passport nationality
    The Royal Oman Police eVisa eligibility wizard asks applicants to select the nationality shown in the passport and whether they reside in a GCC country. It says the answers determine which visa types are available. Check the official wizard using your own passport and residence details; do not generalize one category or result to other applicants.
